Nuna Reimbursement Program - Recall 24C002

If you are an owner of a RAVA and paid out of pocket to replace a seat affected by the issue leading to this recall on or before February 14, 2025, you may be eligible for reimbursement.

 To determine your eligibility for reimbursement, make sure you can provide:

  •  Your name and address.
  • A brief statement explaining the reason for purchasing the replacement item.
  • Proof of ownership of your replaced Rava, which may include a photograph of the affected Rava.
  • A copy of the receipt for the replacement seat that you purchased to replace the Rava.

Failure to submit all the above information may result in delay or denial of the reimbursement request.

Reimbursement will be for the purchase price of replacement (including tax) only, not to exceed the retail list price of the Rava plus applicable tax.

Eligible participants will receive a check from Nuna within 60 days of claim acceptance.

We do not ship to an APO, AE, P.O. Boxes, or addresses outside the U.S
