Warranty


OUR PROMISE

We’ve purposely designed our high-quality product so that it can grow with both your child and family. Because of this, our gear is covered by a warranty, starting from the day it was purchased.

Include the Following:

  • Description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Attach a photo or video of the issue and/or part you are inquiring about.
  • Photo of the serial label - this has the model number, date of manufacture and serial number. This white label is usually found on the bottom of your product.
  • A copy of your item receipt is required.

Specifics

If for some reason our gear shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, please contact us. To make a claim under the warranty, please have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, model number and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product depending on the condition.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods bought in Singapore.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence or if you don't follow the user guides in our user manuals. Normal wear and tear includes: Wheels and Tyres that have worn down during regular use; the natural fading of fabrics over time; damage such as worn patches over time through regular use.
  • Incorrect or inappropriate usage of gear including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals.
  • Deterioration or tackiness of handle materials due to environmental factors such as heat or humidity, improper storage, or prolonged use over time.
  • Corrosion or rust on the wheels or chassis due to extreme environmental conditions including high humidity, salt spray, insufficient maintenance or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by overloading the stroller frame or basket.
  • Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts and by both air or freight transportation.
  • Repairs carried out by a third party

Warranty Length Details

Our Gear

All of our gear is covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the day it was purchased. This excludes PIPA / ARRA infant car seats, the bassinets, accessories, and spare parts.

INFANT CAR SEATS

Our infant PIPA Series infant car seats and their accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day they were purchased. 

BASSINETS

Our LYTL series bassinets are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day it was purchased. 

BASSINETS

Our accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day they were purchased.

SPARE PARTS

All spare parts are final sale and carry no warranty.
