+ I already purchased a PIPA series car seat within the last year. If I buy the PIPA travel bag, will I still receive the extended warranty?
Yes, if your Nuna PIPA series car seat and PIPA series travel bag were purchased within 12 months of each other. Simply register both the travel bag and car seat on nunababy.com to activate warranty before your departure.
+ Does this cover travel damages incurred during use of the bag?
Yes, if both the PIPA series travel bag and PIPA series car seat are registered before your departure. If any damages occur notify Nuna consumer concierge team within 30 days of damage during travel within the 2-year warranty period. We recommend inspecting your product immediately after retrieval from transport handling and immediately reporting any damage or lost item to the carrier (e.g., airline or railway company) who are insured against this.

Your Nuna PIPA series travel bag, Wheeled travel bag, or TRVL transport bag (“Nuna Travel Bag”) comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee when registered online at https://nunababy.com/usa/register-gear. Additionally, registering your NUNA Travel Bag online prior to departure activates Nuna Boarding Pass***.
For 1 year from the date of purchase, your Nuna Travel Bag is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect appears during this period, inform the Nuna consumer concierge team on nunababy.com, and we will choose to either replace or refund your product.
This guarantee does not apply to problems in your Nuna Travel Bag caused by improper use, faulty operation, or externally occurring forces (mainly scratches, wear etc.)
Incidental and consequential damages are not covered under this guarantee. This guarantee is limited to the value of the Nuna Travel Bag. This guarantee is provided to you by NUNA BABY ESSENTIALS, INC.

Paired with PIPA series travel bag
Register any PIPA series infant car seat purchased within 1 year of the PIPA series travel bag, and we will replace parts of the gear damaged during travel when used inside the travel bag.
NUNA Boarding Pass applies during the original warranty period of the covered Nuna gear plus one year. The damaged part may be replaced with a comparable successor spare part if one-to-one replacement is unavailable.
To make a request under Nuna Boarding Pass, be sure to contact the Nuna consumer concierge team on nunababy.com within 30 days of your travel. Proof of travel (such as an electronic ticket with the airline) and proof of travel damage (such as photos) will be required.
