Just a couple of months ago, as you might remember, Nuna’s baby gear products won a record-breaking number of Red Dot Awards for pioneering smart design. Now we’re thrilled to announce our creative vision has been deemed award-winning by the world-renowned Red Dot Jury. The extraordinary nature of Nuna’s values have been recognized with a Red Dot Award for Brands & Communication Design.
We told the Red Dot Jury about our beginnings, our Dutch design roots, and our dream to be the most thoughtful baby gear brand in the world. After examining our brand identity, communications strategy, and the elements of our brand that differentiate us from our competitors, the international panel of 24 design experts was impressed, concluding that Nuna meets the high standards for their motto “in search of good design and creativity.”
The jury individually reviewed 6,992 entries from 50 countries, ultimately awarding only the top 13% of entries with a Red Dot Award.
Although the review process was different this year with jury members assessing entries virtually, jury member Kelley Cheng explains that the integrity of the awards remained unchanged.

“The jury members have become part of an extended family over the years and decades,” she states. “This strong sense of connectedness means that there is no difference whether we assess the products online or on-site. The same values and principles apply. Like every year, we carry out a fair assessment, and it is always our duty as gatekeepers of Red Dot to ensure that the best entries emerge victorious from the competition.”
