Terms & Conditions and Limited Warranty policy for Wardrobe

Welcome to Nunababy.com! Before accessing or using any portion of this Website, Nuna asks that you please read the following terms carefully. These terms cover the conditions under which Nuna provides you access to this Website and services provided on it.

Nuna reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and by using this Website you agree that you will be bound by the current terms and any future terms changes.

At Nuna, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.  Each garment is created with care and precision, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.  Should you wish to return or exchange an item, we are pleased to offer a simple process, subject to the terms below.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition;
• All tags and labels remain attached and intact;
• The item is returned with its original packaging, including gift boxes, garment bags and accompanying marketing materials; and
• You provide a copy of your receipt showing date of purchase.

We cannot accept items for return or exchange that do not have tags attached or show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage.

At Nuna, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Each piece is carefully constructed using the finest materials and precise workmanship. We stand behind our products and offer this Limited Warranty to ensure your complete confidence in your purchase.

Nuna warrants that its apparel is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions of use for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and applies only to items purchased directly from Nuna.

This warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing process, including:

• Faulty stitching, seams, or structural construction.
• Malfunctioning magnetic closures.
• Material flaws due to defective craftsmanship.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear consistent with regular use.
• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, negligence, or improper care (including washing, dry cleaning, or storage).
• Alterations or repairs not performed or authorized by Nuna.
• Fading, stretching, or variations in texture, color, or pattern that naturally occur with wear.
• Items purchased from unauthorized or secondhand sellers.

When you email, please include the following details so we may assist you promptly with care: 

• Reason for your request: Let us know if you’re reaching out for a return, exchange, or limited warranty claim, along with a brief description of your request or the issue you’ve experienced.
• Product details: Please provide a clear photo of the white serial label located at the bottom of the gift box for cashmere or on the protective plastic bag for cotton.
• Proof of purchase: Include a copy of your receipt showing the date of purchase.
• Your contact information: Please include your full name, phone number, and shipping address.

         Once your email is received, our Concierge Team will review your request and follow up with personalized next steps.

By using any portion of this Website, you agree these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and Netherlands. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this Website shall be filed only in the courts located in Den Haag, Netherlands, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action between you and Nuna. Use of the Website is not authorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms of Use, including without limitation, this section.
